uma\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>superf\u00edcie estacion\u00e1ria<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, por exemplo, a placa plana, o leito de um rio ou a parede de um tubo, o fluido que toca a superf\u00edcie \u00e9 interrompido pela\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>tens\u00e3o de cisalhamento<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0na parede.\u00a0A regi\u00e3o na qual o fluxo se ajusta da velocidade zero
